In the context of purifying processes HYDROS develops systems that combine treatments of chemical, physical and biological nature.

Biological oxidative treatment is of great importance in the treatment cycle and consists of the biodegradation by microorganisms, of all organic substances present in the water to be purified,to turn them into simple compounds and environmentally harmless. As a part of that process HYDROS makes both trickling beds systems and activated sludge systems.

An oil skimmer manual or commanded collects the oil and grease from the Surface of the water and conveys them in a storage volume from which later will be relaunched or removed for further processing.

A typical package ICC-API separator may include:

  • Storage tanks for incoming waste produced on site or in prefabricated modules.
  • Pumping skid with any sealing systems for special applications
  • The interiors, also made in special materials for applications in water pick up the sea-piping , instrumentation, process valves.
  • The interface panel and local control or DCS management interface
  • The sample connection for sampling, and also in special materials for example for sea water applications, with high pressure and corrosive fluids

The sludge contained in the wastewater sediment at the bottom of the tub to be sucked or extracted through mechanical systems. The package can also be supplied with systems able to treat wastewater whose content is composed of fats and oils of varying density, using DAF the advantages of this application are as follows:
